Delivery Charges
We only charge you the costs for delivery that we are charged by Royal Mail plus a % towards packaging materials. These are kept to a minium but enough to make sure that you items arrive in the best possible condition.
Can I return an item bought from the Online Store?
You may return the item bought from our website within 7 days in it's original condition please view our Terms and Conditions for more information on our returns policy. When returning your item you must return it with a returns form. To download a returns form in Word format just right click Word Returns Form and Save Target as. VAT
VAT is charged on products sold by 10th Planet to customers who reside within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, 10th Planet is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU.
VAT for UK and EU customers
The UK VAT rate on books and magazines delivered within the UK is 0%. For non-book items that are shipped to addresses within the UK such as audio books, DVDs, CDs, toys and games the UK VAT rate is 17.5%. Under EU VAT legislation Audio Books are not eligible for 0% VAT and in those cases the standard VAT rate of 17.5% will apply. 10th Planet Limited is required by law to collect VAT on orders for goods dispatched to the European Union.
VAT for NON EU customers
Merchandise sold by 10th Planet Limited that is dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union is generally not subject to EU VAT. Therefore if you reside outside the European Union any VAT will be deducted from your order upon checkout. When ordering goods from 10th Planet Limited for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes when the package reaches it’s destination. Please be aware that any additional charges for customs clearance etc are solely to down to you, we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office.

Yes you can and by registering your details within our Online Shop you gain the following advantages:

What are the standard Store opening hours?
The 10th Planet store is open during the following hours: Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm. Our website and online store is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
How easy are you to get to?
Located just off the North Circular Road (A406), Barking is to the north of the A13, approximately five miles south of the start of the M11, and about 12 miles East of the West End of London. There is ample parking at the Center for a small charge. The Rail station, directly opposite the Center, provides easy access to the c2c mainline route between London Fenchurch Street and Southend and London Underground services via the District and Hammersmith and City lines. There are many regular bus services to and from the surrounding area from bus stands very close to the Center.
Do you offer a mail order service?
If you are unable to visit our store in person, we offer a comprehensive mail order service, allowing you to order by credit card, postal order or Cheque. Our 24 hour dispatch service (from receipt of order and dependent on stock availability) ensures that your goods are received as early as possible. We will not debit payment until your goods are ready for dispatch unless you inform us to do so. You may shop online or call us on 020 8591 5403.
Safe Shopping Guarantee 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
We guarantee that every transaction you make at our shop will be 100% safe. We use the latest secure shopping cart system protected by a 128bit SSL Secure Server which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted. Having a secure server is a requirement for trading online and without it we can not take credit cards.

Can I set up a Subscription Service?
We offer our customers the opportunity to set up Subscription, allowing you to subscribe to any ongoing line of merchandise. This allows you the convenience of keeping up to date with all of your favorite releases, without the hassle of repeating your order. What if I need information about signings or forthcoming releases?
As science fiction fans ourselves, we offer comprehensive knowledge of the products we sell. If you have a question concerning anything from stock availability to a general inquiry about release dates of DVDs, books, CDs, a forthcoming signing or simply want a quick chat about one of your favorite shows, we are always on hand to try and help you where possible. Don't forget to sign up for our newsletter to recieve latest information on new products and event signings when visiting our Online Store.
