1) 10th Planet reserves the right to refuse admission.
2) Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the event will be ejected from the event without a refund.
3) Tickets are non refundable - refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the organizers and subject to an administration charge.
4) 10th Planet accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.
5) Some guests may request a limit on the number of autographs signed, or we may have to limit sessions due to time or other constraints, therefore we cannot guarantee an autograph for every attendee.
6) Autographs on the main signing sessions will be free wherever possible.
7) A small number of sponsored guests may charge a fee for signing autographs.
8) Guests may refuse to sign items of unlicensed merchandise. This includes photographs, artwork and books where it has not been produced officially by the BBC or by a licensee holder. Due to a strict policy enforced by the BBC we are not allowed to sell any NEW SERIES Doctor Who, Torchwood or Sarah Jane Advetures photographs or be seen allowing unlicensed photographs at our events at this time, as neither the BBC or the actor receive any revenue from unlicensed merchandise. To avoid disappointment and/or embarrassment we ask you not to bring unlicensed photographs to our events and thank you for your co-operation.
9) Autographs are given on a first come, first served basis.
10) All guests appear subject to work and personal commitments and they may only appear for 1 or part of 1 day during events.
11) Video recording of the event is NOT permitted at any of our events in the Main Hall or where ever there is Onstage Talks.
12) No attempt is made to supersede the rights to any of the copyright holders of the programs celebrated by 10th Planet Events.
13) The ticket price does not include accommodation.
14) The weekend ticket price includes the Saturday Night Entertainment.
